Apple Cinnamon Date Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large apple with seeds removed
- 1 large banana
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1-2 cups almond milk (You can use any milk which you like)
- Dates 2-4
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate/freeze for later. Enjoy!
