Apple Cinnamon Date Smoothie

Ingredients

  • large apple with seeds removed 
  • large banana
  • tsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg
  • 1-2 cups almond milk (You can use any milk which you like)
  • Dates 2-4 

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate/freeze for later. Enjoy!
