1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. Whisk together yogurt and condensed milk in a bowl. Add cream and whisk. Add melted Jaggery and whisk again.
3. Pour the mixture into individual earthenware bowls and cover with aluminum foil.
4. Place the bowls in a water bath, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, cool down to room temperature and refrigerate to chill.
