Ingredients
Baby Corn
Peas
Red chilli powder
Garam Masala
Cumin Powder
Salt
Sugar
Onion
Tomato
Ghee
Butter
Cashew nuts 5-8
Bay leaf 1
Jeera
Instructions
In a Pan add chopped baby corn and peas cook it until soft by adding Water
Chop onion and keep it aside
In a mixer jar add tomato, 5-8 socked cashew nuts ginger half onion and make smooth paste
Take another pan add ghee or oil, once its hot add jeera bay leaf then add chopped onion fry until golden brown
Add tomato paste to onion fry till raw smell goes
Add Red chilli powder, garam masala and jeera powder 1tsp each and pich of sugar and salt to taste
Add water if required
Then once masalas raw smell goes boiled peas and baby corn give a stir bring to boil
At the end add a tsp of butter and garnish with coriander
Serve with hot ghee pulkas
