Avalakki Chooda
Rice Flakes (Thin Avalakki Half Kg)
Channa dal 1 tsp
Urad dal 1tsp
Oil 4- table spoon
Curry leaves
Green chilles 8-10
Red Chilles 4
Turmeric 1 tsp
Mustard 1tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Almonds Handful
Cashew Handful
Raisins Hand ful.
Ground nuts Handful
Fried Gram Handful
Dry Coconut flakes 1 cup
Method
Keep big kadai let it heat later add oil, once oil is hot add mustard, jeera, ing, green chilles curry leaves.
Once Raw smell of green chili goes add other ingredients fry till golden brown
At the end add avalakki and until crisp about 4-5 min
Switch off the stove leave the mixture in hot kadai only until kadai cools
Later shift into airtight container
Can store almost month
