Lemon pickle
Ingredients
Lemon 30-40
Green chili 20
Mango Ginger 1/4Kg
Ginger 100 Grms
Raw turmeric 100gms
Green Pepper 100 Grms
Red chilli powder 100 Grms
Methi 2 tsp
Mustard 4 tsp
Salt 1/2 kg
Method
Take lemon, Mango Ginger, Ginger and turmeric wash and dry it in towel
Now peel skin of turmeric, Ginger and Mango Ginger
In sterilized glass jar add some slat to the bottom cut lemon into 8 pieces add it to jar, in the middle add chopped other ingredients
For every 3-4 lemon give one salt layer.
At last keep salt at last layer
Let it set for 3-4 days
After 4 days dry roast methi seeds and powder it with mustard and Asfetoda
Now add red chill powder to this
Then, add this masala to Lemon mixture and mix well
Don touch in hand use wooden spatula
Now boil 1 small galss water add lil edible calcium and lil turmeric powder let the water completely cool down, add this to pickle mix
Let it set for a day
Whenever, you like to use take small portion into small bowl add seasonings with oil, mustard and Asfetoda use fresh with curd rice
