Corn Cheese Kebabs



Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Crushed Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
  • 2 cubes of Cheese
  • 1 slice of Bread Powdered or 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • oil to cook the kebabs

Method 
  • Blanch Corn for 10 min with some salt
  • Blend it to Corse paste and keep aside
  • now in a pan add butter
  • add green chilly, onion, and saute 
  • now add crushed sweet cron and cook it for 5 to 10 min
  • add salt, Oregano and Chilli Flakes
  • Let it cool down, transfer this wide plate 
  • add bread crumbs and panner and mix well
  • take a small portion of mixture and make in Kebab shape 
  • now heat tawa with some oil 
  • place corn kebabs and cook it both the sides until it turns golden brown both the side 
  • Serve hot as eveing snack with some tea
