Vegetable Saagu


Ingredients 

For Grinding

  1. Fresh Grated Coconut 1 cup
  2. Fried gram 1tbsp
  3. Green Chilli 4-5
  4. Fresh Coriander 
  5. Clove 2-3
  6. Cardamom 2-3
  7. Cinamon 1 inch
  8. Ginger 1/2 inch
  9. Onion one small 
Other Ingredients

  1. Beans Chopped 1 cup
  2. Carrot 1/2 Cup
  3. Chow Chow 1/2 Cup
  4. Green Peas 1/2 Cup
Method

  1. Pressure cook all the chopped veggies for one whistle 
  2. Grind all the ingredients together for a smooth paste 
  3. Now, add grounded masala to cooked veggies and salt to taste 
  4. Let it boil for 10 min 
  5. Check for the consistency and add water if need  
  6. Serve Saagu with poori or chapathi or dosa
Note:
You can mint leaves also for grinding
