Ingredients
For Grinding
- Fresh Grated Coconut 1 cup
- Fried gram 1tbsp
- Green Chilli 4-5
- Fresh Coriander
- Clove 2-3
- Cardamom 2-3
- Cinamon 1 inch
- Ginger 1/2 inch
- Onion one small
Other Ingredients
- Beans Chopped 1 cup
- Carrot 1/2 Cup
- Chow Chow 1/2 Cup
- Green Peas 1/2 Cup
Method
- Pressure cook all the chopped veggies for one whistle
- Grind all the ingredients together for a smooth paste
- Now, add grounded masala to cooked veggies and salt to taste
- Let it boil for 10 min
- Check for the consistency and add water if need
- Serve Saagu with poori or chapathi or dosa
Note:
You can mint leaves also for grinding
